Acclaimed Restauranteur Geoffrey Zakarian and James Beard Award winning chef Galen Zamarra are looking for mature, reliable and responsible professionals to join their team.
The Lambs Club requires an Experienced PASTRY COOK who is able to work production and dining room service. An ideal candidate has experience in production of pastries, breads and baked items, ice creams and sorbets, petite fours, and plating. Fine dining experience a plus.
This is a Full Time Position with massive growth potential.
- Must be available to work Weekends and must have flexible availability.
- Must be able to work fast and work well under pressure.
- Experience with hotels is a big plus
- Position is available immediately.
