As Food & Beverage Attendant, you will be working within the Food & beverage & Event department and report directly to the Event Service Manager, Event Operation Manager, and director of F&B&E.

You will ensure that all our guests are greeted, seated, and served with the view of delighting our guests & maximizing profit, and ensuring that the Royal Lancaster is recognized by guests as a market leader and secure regular and return business.

Essential for our Food & Beverage Attendant 

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required

- The role is 40 hours per week on 5 shift 

- Previous experience in restaurant bar or customer service, at least 1 year

- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service 

- Good command of spoken English

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster gate on the central line underground.
