A new opportunity has arisen to join the team as Assistant Front Office Manager, within our Front of House Department and we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven colleague who has the ability to deliver 5* service to our guests.

We are passionate about our team and consistently put people at the heart of our business. As our Assistant Front Office Manager you will manage the daily Front Office operations, effectively lead, train and develop team members. In addition to this, you will liaise and deal with all customer requests; ensure that there our customers are not kept waiting and be part of our Duty Manager team. 

It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a drive to excel, ensuring that the hospitality is delivered consistently for internal and external customers.

The ideal candidate requires the following:

• Positive Attitude
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a 4/5 Star hotel at minimum of Supervisory Level
• Operational experience of Opera PMS
• Handling and resolution of customer complaints
• Excellent listening skills, communication skills, team work, stay calm under pressure
• Flexible with working hours
• Understanding the need for confidentiality and discretion
