Casual Guest Relations Officer - Royal Lancaster London 5*

A Guest Relations Officer position has opened up within the Guest Relations Department and we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven colleague who has the ability to deliver 5* service to our guests.

As our Guest Relations Officer, you will be looking after high profile guests, guests with special needs and requests by being engaged and deliver World Class Service in every touch point. In addition to this, you will be communicating VIPs during their stay to build a trust-relationship and handle any kind of complaints.

It is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a drive to excel, and ensuring enquiries are dealt with efficiently with a 24-hour response time.


The ideal candidate requires the following:

• Excellent communication skills with some operational experience of Opera PMS
• Effective team player with the willingness to undertake training
• To be able to receive any client complaints and problem solve effectively
• To be able to deliver tasks and projects in a timely manner
