As a Business Center Attendant, you will be working within the Front of the Office department and report directly to the Front Of Office Manager and Guest Relations Manager.

You will provide an efficient and polite telecommunications service to AA & LQA standards for our guests and internal customers.

Essential for our Business Centre Attendant:

- Customer service experience- 1-year minimum or Work experience/ Degree/ Diploma/ accreditation in hotel management or hospitality.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, outlook 

- Good computer literacy 

- Fluent in English - both writing and speaking 

- 40 Hours per week, 5 shifts per week

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required

 

Royal Lancaster London is based at Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and the closest tube station is Lancaster Gate on the central line underground.
