sincere and personalised service to our guests, create long – lasting
relationships with first time guests and strengthen existing relationships by
creating ‘wow’ moments and by being a point of contact before, during and after
a guest’s stay. Our Guest Relations team always make sure that our guests’
expectations are exceeded and you will have the chance to be part of creating
memorable experiences.
