In your role, you will work with proactive and energetic team members passionate about service. You will be enthusiastic and driven colleague who is passionate to deliver 5 Star service to our guests.

As a part of our Guest Relations team you will provide an engaging, sincere and personalised service to our guests, create long – lasting relationships with first time guests and strengthen existing relationships by creating ‘wow’ moments and by being a point of contact before, during and after a guest’s stay. Our Guest Relations team always make sure that our guests’ expectations are exceeded and you will have the chance to be part of creating memorable experiences.
