Shift Leader, you will help build a supportive and social place, where we can

As a Front Office Shift Leader, you will be provide overall supervision of the daily reception operations and supporting the team to provide a friendly and efficient welcome in a 'world class' manner, helping guests with queries relating to their stay and creating an environment where the guest is put first. You will rely on your previous experience working with Opera to check in/out guest and have the ability to resolve any complaints and maximise all revenue opportunities.
In your role it is essential to have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a drive
to excel, ensuring that you promote the hotel’s services.
We’re more concerned with what’s in the glass not whether it’s half full or
