We are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team.
Opening in autumn 2019, Lina Stores — Stable Street in King’s Cross is the iconic Italian delicatessen’s first location which houses both a deli and a restaurant under one roof for the first time. The menu will build on signature dishes from
its two Soho locations with fresh, handmade pasta and antipasti taking centre stage with the menu including a paired back selection of new secondi. There’ll be organic wines, classic cocktails and housemade vermouths too.
We are looking for a chef experienced in a fast paced environment with attention to detail, excellent quality control and ability to maintain high standards. As a chef de partie you will need to understand and follow strict hygiene and food safety procedures and aim to cook and present dishes to the best of your ability. You must be able to manage a section and have the ability to work well in a team, with an eagerness to learn.
