Lincoln has breathtaking panoramic views and a grass lawn roof, but its heart is the central open kitchen.

Our dining room Captains’ are responsible for being the lead team member for the guests' experience. A thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage program is required in order to effortlessly field all guests’ questions and requests, and to be able to provide an exceptional experience.

CAPTAIN REQUIREMENTS:
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fine dining restaurant as a lead server or captain
· Impeccable service standards and attention to detail
· An appreciation of fine food & wine
· Professional demeanor, polished appearance with the ability to exceed our guests' expectations
· Sense of urgency, quick and savvy
· Ability to move with grace and efficiency
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Possess strong leadership qualities
