Chefs ANDREW CARMELLINI'S team is looking for friendly, hard-working BRUNCH COOKS that are eager to learn in an energetic downtown environment at LITTLE PARK; a seasonal restaurant highlighting the best ingredients from longtime partnerships with local farmers, anglers, vintners, ranchers and foragers, in the Smyth Hotel in TriBeCa.

Ideal Candidates:
*Have excellent knife skills
*Have knowledge of cooking procedures, safety and sanitation
*Have experience on multiple stations in the kitchen
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes
*Ensure quality and accuracy of products and dishes
*Support their fellow cooks
*Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
*Comfort in a fast-paced, busy environment.
*Great communication skills with management.
*Flexible availability on nights and weekends.
