Chef Andrew Carmellini and Chef Louis Bayla’s team is looking for friendly, hard-working individuals that are eager to learn in an energetic downtown environment.

Ideal Candidates:
*Have excellent baking skills
*Have experience on dessert stations in the kitchen
*Have knowledge of French traditions and techniques
*Are able to lift 25 lbs or more
*Prepare and execute key components of dishes
*Support their fellow cooks
*Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic
*The ability to ensure quality & accuracy
*Have morning availability
