We’re growing existing sites, opening more sites and we are looking for sparky, quick-thinking general managers with that extra bit of zing to join us on this journey.

We're a successful Independent & Inviting South London Pub Group with a South London based owner. We're a creator and operator of fabulous neighbourhood locals. Hospitality is in our soul. We are committed. We have fun.

We work hard too but we work hard for each other. One team.

We currently have 6 sites and we're opening more, so this is also a brilliant opportunity for those that want to, to be a key part of our growth plans.

You’ll find us in Crystal Palace (The Faber Fox), Clapham (The Clapham North), Balham (The Regent), Wimbledon (The Old Frizzle), Streatham (The Mere Scribbler) & Clapham South (The Perky Nel).

Our modern locals are social spaces with real personality where you eat well, drink together, are entertained with everything from perfect sports viewing to weekly quizzes and celebrate life at each and every opportunity.

Who are you?

If you’re already liking the sound of us, you’re already our kind of person.

Throw in your previous experience as a General Manager in a £20k + pub, bar or restaurant, ideas-a-plenty, excellent organisational skills, high standards and bags of enthusiasm and you’ll have us at hello!

What we’re offering our next General Manager

• A very competitive salary £34k -£45k (based on the site & experience you are bringing).
• Additional AMAZING tronc payments, in the region of a further £4k - £6k a year
• THREE generous GM bonus plans – quarterly bonus opportunity (£1,000 a quarter)
• PLUS annual GM bonus pot (£5,000)
• PLUS midterm incentive scheme linked to Livelyhood's strategic plan of growth
• Livelyhood runs a Hospitality Management Apprenticeship Scheme
