Events Operations Manager - Sea Containers/One Hundred Shoreditch 



Under the general guidance of Director of Sales Operations, you are responsible for the coordination and supervision of all aspects of outlet operations while maintaining a profitable operation, high quality products and service levels. Market ideas to promote business, reduce employee turnover, maintain revenue and payroll budgets, and meet budgeted productivity while keeping quality consistently high. At Sea Containers London and at One Hundred Shoreditch we create a vibe that makes our guests want to experience every moment. We transport our guests with unique moments, create memories and a lasting impression that inspires every guest to return.




Our Regional Events team represents our two unique London properties, Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. Sea Containers, a lifestyle Hotel based on London’s South Bank, and is home to 359 bedrooms, award-winning bar Lyaness by Mr Lyan, a restaurant and rooftop bar (12th Knot) with stunning views across the river, a spa playground and cinema, making the space an ideal urban playground. 



One Hundred Shoreditch is an independent spirit at the social heart of an evolving Shoreditch, located on the vibrant High Street. In addition to the 268 bedrooms and suites, the hotel offers 6 restaurants and bars, including Goddard & Gibbs, a locally sourced British seafood Restaurant, Seed Library bar (by Mr Lyan team), a coffee shop and lobby bar open 7 days a week, and a soon-to-open Rooftop bar and terrace with views over East London.
