General Managers will work closely with the owners and executives to ensure each restaurant continues to uphold its high standards and stands out from the competition. One of the key responsibilities of the GM will be to positively and effectively lead and mentor the managers and FOH/BOH teams. They will also be responsible for increasing sales through community involvement, overseeing financials, and overall restaurant operations.
Seeking the following qualities:
• 5+ years in a GM level role with a comparable high-end restaurant/group
• High-volume experience ($10 million++)
• Proven track record of running profitable restaurants
• High attention to detail in both food and service
• Charismatic, personable, and warm personality
• Knows how to build guest relationships
• Natural ability to lead and motivate
• Holding managers accountable while still fostering a fun and positive working environment
• Strong financial acumen
• Drive and energy
• Exudes a true sense of genuine hospitality
Compensation up to $90k base + bonuses + benefits
