The ideal candidate: Has at least one year of oyster shucking experience, Flexible availability, able to interact with restaurant guests, as this role will work in the raw bar with frequent guest interaction. Ability to shuck all kinds of oyster in an a clean& efficient manner.

Partners include Chef Josh Capon, Steven Eckler, Jay Oliveros and Josh Pickard.
