We are currently looking for a Cloakroom Attendant who will work closely with the Reception Manager and the reception team in order to ensure customers’ expectations are met and delivered from the very start of their experience to the moment they leave our venue.
Key responsibilities:
·Working as part of the Cloakroom team
·Attaching tickets to customers’ items and issue customers with a matching ticket
·Ensure the customers’ items are safely placed on hangers or racks, on shelves or in lockers or, occasionally, in safety-deposit boxes
·Coordinate to return the items to customers on receipt of the matching ticket
·Remain on duty
·Safeguarding items
