Assistant Server

Required Skills/Qualities

·      At least 2 years of experience as a Back Waiter in a fine dining setting.

·      Have the ability to work fast and well under pressure.

·      Have the ability to multi-task and handle high volume.

·      Is well-organized and detail-oriented.

·      Be an active team player.

·      Be able to deliver an excellent customer service experience.

Responsibilities

·       Polish and store water glasses and silverware.

·       Remove dirty/used items from service tables

·       Clean, disinfect, and sanitize tables immediately after service.

·       Follows and executes all side work lists provided by the company.

·       Polish and store water glasses and silverware.

·       Assist other team members as needed.

Education and License Requirements

·      Food Handler and STAR certification
