About this role …

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our fantastic Meeting & Events Team as an Meeting & Events Coordinator.

You’ll be working closely with the team to contribute to the smooth day to day running of the department. Key focus will be on securing business for the training, meeting, conference and hotel services products.

What we’re looking for …
• Excellent customer service and people skills
• Excellent event planning skills
• Excellent communication to all customers, including team members
• Have the confidence to liaise with clients and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• The ability to think on your feet, respond quickly and problem solve effectively
• Have the confidence in thinking of cost effective new ideas by networking
• The ability to complete tasks efficiently and in timely manner

Previous experience of Event Planning in the Hospitality Industry will be considered an advantage.
