As a Host(ess), a typical day might include the following:

• As guests are arriving in our venues you are greeting them with a welcoming smile and are able to provide them with fast, friendly service.
• You are able to accurately count money and provide necessary change.
• You are able to monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene when needed according to all necessary guidelines.
• Promote Big Night Entertainment Group Restaurants and Venues in a positive and professional manner.
• You are able to work well with others as you will be working with other servers, bartenders, barbacks, and management.
• You are able to remember guest’s names and utilize them when appropriate.
• You are able to build guest loyalty.
• You are able to resolve service problems with empathy and according to guidelines.
• Your work area is maintained, clean and stocked.
• Other duties to be assigned based on venues requirements.
