MezzeMe is searching for a Front of House Manager !
We are looking for a dedicated Manager to join our ever growing restaurant group. This position will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, guest focused food service while exhibiting a passion for food and wine. Candidate should excel excellent service and hospitality, be self-managed and motivated and to maintain staff moral in an already well established system.
Responsibilities:
-Overseeing the restaurant and front of house service team with attention to detail
-Upholding standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Open and close the restaurant, must be available on weekends and holidays
- Communicate with FOH & BOH management and staffQualifications
- 2 years experience in restaurant management required
- Knowledgeable in wine and beverage
- Experience POS systems a plus
- Understanding of inventory, labor control and budgets, preferred experience managing beverage programs
