Overview

Montcalm Collection are looking for a skilled and ambitious Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing efforts. This role involves managing SEO and paid media campaigns to enhance our online presence and achieve our marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. The role requires close collaboration with e-commerce, marketing, PR and external agency teams.

Key responsibilities

·         Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagement.

·         Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns including paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising.

·         Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn.

·         Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.

·         Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO.

·         Prepare monthly reports on SEO and paid media performance.

·         Manage and analyse pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including Google Ads, to maximize ROI.

·         Manage content and images on OTA extranets and IBE.

·         Managing Affiliate marketing platform.

·         Prepare production reports from online channels from CRS and other sources.

·         Update and manage Ecommerce calendar for planned promotions – and ensuing tasks

·         Update task status, identify roadblocks.

·         Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.

·         Track and analyse website traffic and user behaviour using web analytics tools

·         Manage and grow Montcalm Collection's social media presence across various platforms.

·         Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels.

·         Monitor online reviews and respond to customer feedback.

·         Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing initiatives.

·         Prepare regular reports and present findings to the management team, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

·         Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

·         Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized marketing projects.

·         Attend all required training sessions and meetings.

·         Adhere to all company policies, procedure and business ethics codes.

·         Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and participating in professional societies.

·         Foster a positive work environment and contribute to the team dynamic.

·         Work in different business segments as required to support company objectives.

·         Be onsite and present at our properties to become familiar with our products, services, clientele and client relationships, conduct site inspections, participate in events and provide immediate support to the GM and team, which is crucial to ensure high-quality, targeted and cohesive marketing efforts.

·         Knowledge of MS Office applications + productivity platforms such as Monday.com / Asana

·         Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

·         Minimum of 3 years management experience in the hospitality industry.  

·         At least 5 years of experience carrying a quota in a direct sales capacity, preferably in a hospitality vendor capacity.

·         Experience in working in similar role within 4- and 5-star hotels in London.

·         Proven experience and deep understanding of luxury markets, and a proven track record in sales and relationship-building within the corporate sector.

·         Adaptability to market trends and a strategic approach to drive revenue in corporate industry

·         Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and Excel.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build successful partnerships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

·         Innovative mindset and ability to adapt to evolving corporate trends and technologies.

·         Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

·         Results-oriented and driven to achieve revenue and performance targets.
