Supervisor

We're looking for another supervisor to join our Cheshire Oaks management team ready for opening in a few months. 

As a supervisor, you will

• Embody the three pillars of our Culture: Intelligence, Grace and Graft.
• Love people, exude warmth and thrive in a busy service.
• Have ambitions! We’re all about internal progression and around 75% of our management roles are filled internally. You grow with us!
• Need to care!
• Have experience in a restaurant management role and be confident in leading teams.

• Did we mention the unlimited curry? We take staff meals as a given and will feed you on every shift
• Have a clear progression plan outlined in our Mowgli Career Tree- we will help you climb to the top! 
• The chance to go on life changing trips to India. In January 2020, we sent 20 employees to Mumbai to see the incredible work our charity partners are doing. Our aim is that this will become a yearly incentive.
