Cocktail Server - Bar Moxy
Description
Moxy Times Square at Bar Moxy is looking for experienced Cocktail Servers who embody gracious hospitality, possess great energy and a friendly personality to join our team!
Job Description:
- Portrays a positive and professional attitude.
- Possesses knowledge of products, menus, beverages, foods, etc.
- Always smiles and greets guests warmly and genuinely.
- Properly serves wine and alcohol (with awareness.)
- Presents and reconciles checks.
- Collects cash or credit cards from guests.
- Carries out closing procedures and sidework.
- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions, regarding food and beverage.
- Requests identification from guests ordering alcohol.
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Previous cocktail server experience preferred, at least 2 years.
- Proficient with POS systems (Pixel Point, Aloha, Micros).
- Knowledgeable of food and beverage responsibilities.
- Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
