Potato Chopper

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• Wash, peel, chop and deep fry potatoes.
• Utilize peel and chopper device with manual force.
• Use caution and care when using the equipment.
• Inform managers when equipment is not working properly.
• Confirm with manager how much product is to be produced before you begin production.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the potato chop area at all times.
• Manage transition of potatoes from storage to front line.
• Energetic and able to move in fast paces environment.
• Ability to lift a 50 pound bag of potatoes.
• Attention to detail and product quality
• Able to work in high volume environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time; always cleaning.
• Perform general physical activities such as cleaning, loading and unloading; stacking and lifting product.
