If supporting teams, problem solving, meeting goals, developing and implementing plans is you.... Navari has a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join the team based at head office in Ashley, near Manchester Airport.

This full time role will immerse you in a variety of departments to learn an abundance of skills within operations, and will provide excellent future career opportunities as the business grows.


The Operations Coordinator role:

  • Liaise with clients and suppliers, both via telephone and email
  • Ensure accurate data is entered into our bespoke billing platform (full training provided)
  • Proactively engaging with clients and suppliers
  • Working closely and supporting the Operations Manager
  • Working with colleagues in different departments to help deliver the best possible services to our clients
  • Leadership admin support
  • Manage documentation, creating new procedures / policies and keeping a robust, well managed documentation system


The essentials for our Operations Coordinator:

  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities at once
  • Flexible and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn and develop
  • Strong coordination and problem solving skills
  • The ability to build effective professional relationships
  • Strong capability in using Microsoft Office applications including Excel is essential
  • The ability to quickly grasp what is needed and deliver at pace
