Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities
● Driving Revenue & Cost Controls
○ Works to drive revenue through special events, staff initiatives, marketing opportunities, and community outreach.
○ Works to maintain cost controls at or below budget on COGS, labor cost, and operational expense
■ Works with purchaser and vendors to get best pricing
■ Works with Chef to get best product and pricing
● Service
○ Maintains consistent high guest feedback scores, as well as online reviews
○ Ensures venue appearance is finely maintained and detailed: paint, fixtures, lights, furniture, etc
○ Quality of food & drink are maintained at a premium level through product quality control and consistent staff training
● Training
○ Ensures the venue maintains regular and ongoing training programs
○ Oversees regular sales incentives with staff
● Communication
○ Responsible for holding a weekly manager meeting to discuss:
■ Weekly financials
■ Reviews
■ HR Updates
■ Marketing Updates
■ Events
○ Ensures a weekly email is sent out:
■ Weekly Staff Email
■ Weekly Venues/ Reservations Email
● Management
■ Guest service and building guest relationships
■ Comps & Voids
■ Nightly closeouts
● Leads with passion, respect, integrity, determination and excellence
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
Reviews and Incentives: From date of hire
● 6 month review
● 1 year review
● Bonus Opportunity:
○ Consistently meets & beats Budgeted COGS throughout 6 month review period
○ Initiates and maintains revenue driving initiatives
■ Minimum of 3 per quarter
■ Submits ROI report before event or launch date for approval
■ Submits ROI report following event or activation showing proven success
Work Hours:
● 5 days a week minimum
● Necessary additional nights and weekends at peak business periods to ensure operations run smoothly
Benefits: As a member of the Management Team, you will be eligible for the following benefits. Please know that the Company must reserve the right at any time to modify, amend, change, or eliminate any of its benefit plans or programs.
● Paid Time Off (PTO). You will receive 10 days of PTO per year, this will be renewed on your anniversary date each year (anniversary is your hire date).
● Meal Plan Benefits. As a manager, your meals and beverages during working hours are complimentary.
● TransitChek. You will be eligible to participate in the TransitChek program, which will allow you to pay for mass transportation on a pre-tax basis.
● Expenses. Necessary and approved expenses are reimbursed monthly.

● Employment with Tiny’s is, at all times, at-will, which means that either you or the Company can terminate the employment relationship at any time with or without cause and with or without notice.
