HIRING RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT
We are looking for a General Manager, Floor Manager and Assistant General Manager for a busy restaurant in Tribeca.
We are looking for great experienced management talent who are passionate about the restaurant business, great food and service quality. The ideal candidates will possess high volume hands-on experience, be genuine team players with excellent communication skills, highly confident in their abilities and willing to go above and beyond to create a healthy environment for guests and employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES: managers are responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, and advanced financial management including budgeting, forecasting and cost control among others. Oversee day to day operations and ensure that all company policies and systems are maintained. Guide guests and provide exceptional dining experience by maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, health and safety. Conduct daily and weekly briefings and participate in other meeting as needed to obtain optimal results.
QUALITIES: must be detailed oriented with ability to multitask, great communicator with excellent leadership skills. Experience in dining room and facilities operations knowledge. Ability to created and execute marketing plans, promotions and P&L. High integrity, honesty and transparency. Ability to mentor and train staff.
