Head Waiter/Waitress - Up to £13.90 + paid overtime

New Street Grill is a modern take on the classic British, Victorian steak house. Hidden down a cobbled street, just off Bishopsgate, New St Grill is housed in a magnificent converted warehouse also home to New St Wine, Fish Market and Old Bengal Bar.

The restaurant showcases the best of British produce, including Josper-grilled steaks and other superior cuts of meat and fish alongside an excellent wine list with over 500 references focused on reds from Bordeaux, Burgundy and the New World. With an outside walled terrace for alfresco dining during the warmer months, New Street Grill comprises two rooms, each decorated in rich warm tones with areas of exposed brickwork, which create a stylish and contemporary rough-luxe space.

We are looking for a phenomenal Head Waiter/Waitress who will be highly enthusiastic and open to new challenges. You will be friendly, welcoming and ready to grow with the business. You will be looking after and motivating the commis team to achieve the best possible results and deliver an unforgettable experience to all guests.

You must have a genuine passion for what you do and bags of personality combined with the ability to engage everyone around you and build long-term rapport with both the guests and your colleagues.
