Obica Mozzarella Bar Is Hiring a Full-time Pizzaiolo
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience with pizza Napoletana
-This position is in an open kitchen and as such requires a sense of showmanship. . .. . ..Pizzaiolo must be energetic and personable
-Maintain a well-groomed, health department-approved appearance. This includes a clean, pressed uniform; hands and fingernails clean at all times.
-Maintain all health and safety standards as well as Obica's high standards of quality and customer service.
-Demonstrates the ability to replicate Obica recipes with skills commonly found in only fine dining establishments.
-Constantly preps and makes new products (our products come in fresh and unprocessed)
-Ensures that station is clean at all times.
-Works well with others, takes responsibility for actions, and pays attention to details.
-Shares a PASSION for authentic, Italian products.
