Must have knowledge and experience in spirts/ cordials/ liquors, mixing and pouring.
Must be able to multi-task and keep a cool head under pressure. Must LOVE PEOPLE!!
Must be VERY CLEAN, ORGANIZED and SELF DRIVEN!!
