WHO:
We need a Room Attendant who is friendly, hard working and has worked within in hospitality or a similar role.
THEY SHOULD:
- Have a good eye for detail, with high standards
- Be able to work efficiently to ensure our rooms are ready for our guests
- Remain calm under pressure at work
- React to any guest requests in order that we exceed expectations
- Thrive on being part of a committed team, who take pride in their work, and who support one another
- Ideally have been a Room Attendant or similar before, although full training will be given

Located just 15 miles from Oxford, the Old Swan & Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell.
This quintessentially English inn and adjoining mill blend the rural charm of these historic buildings with modern design and luxurious comfort with a strong focus on food and beverage. The Old Swan & Minster Mill offers a relaxed yet professional environment to work in.
We can offer off-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate, so they can settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort.
