Description
WHO:
We need a strong Meetings and Events Manager who’s great with people, knows their food and drink and can run a quality service for large groups of guests.

THEY SHOULD:
- Be a hands-on manager who leads from the front and be able to manage meetings & weddings to a five star standard
- Be knowledgeable about food and drink and good at developing others
- Be personable and engaging
- Have natural rapport and be able to strike up relationships with our guests
- Be able train a team to deliver excellence
- Encourage a strong working relationship between front of house and kitchen staff
- Be organised, motivated and take ownership of the department
- Pro-actively recruit, train and develop a team that show passion and commitment
- Have management experience in a similar environment and role

WHERE:
Located just 15 miles from Oxford, the Minster Mill is in the picturesque village of Minster Lovell, the newly developed Minster Mill and Garden Spa includes a 48 cover restaurant aspiring to three rosette's, a lounge bar and banqueting for up to 100 people. The kitchen is headed up by Tom Moody, Masterchef 'the Professionals' Semi-Finalist 2017, with the focus on a passionate team and quality food and beverage offering. Our sister property, the Old Swan (over the road!) is a classic country Inn that offers a relaxed but bustling environment and great food, housing 16 bedrooms above.

The Minster Mill offers a relaxed, fun yet professional environment to work in. We can offer off-site staff accommodation, in order to help the newest members of the team re-locate, so they can settle into life at the hotel and local area in comfort.
