This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience with startup environments and/or who is a recent college graduate looking to get into payroll position.

PAYROLL & OFFICE COORDINATOR
The payroll & office coordinator for Ole & Steen will be a key role in supporting our rapidly growing team.
Responsibilities include:
• Executing weekly payroll for the company.
• Coordinating back office activities and expenses.
• Supporting leadership with ongoing operations.
• Communicating with guests and staff.

The ideal candidate will:
Eager to learn and excited to grow in a start-up environment.
Be detail oriented and hold work to the highest standard.
Thrive in a team environment, comfortable with working collaboratively.
Take ownership of responsibilities and work
Have a Basic understanding of Excel
• Able to Formulate, navigate an Excel spreadsheet, and experience in applying filters, set up Pivot tables, Charts, and VLOOKUPs
• Able to set up “if statements” etc.
Able to navigate Outlook; set up calendar invites, view when others are free or busy, create signature, understand how to create an “out of office” alert
A Bachelor’s degree is required
Interpersonal skills; communication and cooperation are essential to be successful in this role
Administrative writing skills are a key to success in this role
