We are looking for a back server / busser to join the team! The exceptional guest experience will be yours to create, while immersing yourself in the “little extras” that make The Original Pancake House Edgewater truly stand out.

What you'll do:

Keep it clean! Your primary responsibility is to clear and clean tables after guests leave. This will include taking care of the dish-ware, table tops, chairs, booths and floor, and resetting quickly for the next round of guests
Make all guests feel welcome by greeting them as they are seated and bring bread, butter and water to their table
Communicate with the guests, the server, and the hostess to ensure the customer service is amazing and everyone has everything they need
Thank guests as they leave and tell them to come back
Be available to fill in when necessary

You need to be:

A person who loves food and has the ability to create a welcoming environment. You should have at least 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant. You have excellent English communication skills, and you have the desire to work as part of a team. Standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 25 pounds shouldn’t bother you, and working weekends or some holidays should be fine too.
