Team Members at Otto's Tacos get to learn all aspects of the business. You will be cross trained in all the stations below:
CASHIER / GUEST SERVICES
- Responsible for taking orders face to face with guests with a smile at all times.
- Receiving and processing cash transactions along with credit card payments.
- Restocking drink fridge, napkins, straws, cups, lids, to-go containers of all types.
- Assembling To-go boxes.
LINE COOKS
- Following recipes accurately and maintaining food preparation processes such as marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats; chopping herbs; dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables.
- Cooking on the hot line. Insuring quality of all finished products including final cooking of all proteins for tacos.
- Preparing food throughout the day as needed, anticipating and reacting to guest volume.
- Taco assembly while maintaining appropriate portion control.
- Quality Control of tacos before passed to expeditor.
- Expediting ticket orders.
- Maintaining proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while preparing food
