PERSONE is looking for Dining Coordinator
for Corporate Real Estate Firm - Midtown NYC.

Strong Benefits Package and Yearly Bonus on performances.
Set Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am>5pm

Key Responsibilities included but not limited to:
1. Assist in the preparation and presentation of daily kitchen services along with on-site catering.
2. Ensure that all plates are properly garnished and visually appealing prior to leaving the kitchen.
3. Check with diners to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
4. Explain how various menu items are prepared by describing ingredients, cooking methods, etc.
5. Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
6. Liaise with the Conference Center Coordinator and Receptionist for proper room layouts and service details.
7. Communicate with executives and executive assistants on daily menu options while relaying all requests and preferences to the Executive Chef.
8. Greet all executives and guests, and direct guests to appropriate rooms when needed.
9. Work with Executive Chef to develop standards for coffee products including espresso, French press, seasonal beverage menus, cheese boards, etc. Attend all trainings for coffee equipment as requested by the Executive Chef.
10. Responsible for all coffee, tea, and beverage services including ordering supplies. Prepare requests and deliver in a timely manner.
11. Collaborate with the Conference Center Coordinator on service ware for the dining room and conference rooms.
12. Assist OS Manager, Conference Center Coordinator and OS Assistant by collecting credit card receipts and invoices.
13. Responsible for proactively ordering and maintaining inventory of kitchen supplies. Ensure all supplies are well-stocked in advance.
14. Assist with special events for executive team, as requested.
15. Train temporary Dining Coordinators when needed.
16. Perform all other related duties as requested by the Executive Chef.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience
1-2 years of culinary experience in a similar role. Previous experience in a corporate environment is preferred.

Communication Skills
Professional and enthusiastic team player. Ability to interact effectively with all levels of SLG Management/Staff. Polished, poised demeanor with a strong client service orientation.
