THE POSITION
Summer Ops is seeking outstanding Oyster Shuckers with high volume restaurant experience for Grand Banks, Pilot, and Island Oyster.

OUR COMPANY

In addition to shucking oysters quickly and consistently, our shuckers personalize our commitment to sustainability, hospitality and memorable dining experiences. Must love sunsets.
