Requirements


  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a Director of Operations role within the food and beverage industry
  • Proven ability to deliver results, effectively influencing decisions through strong leadership and people skills 
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting operational goals and standards 


A Day in The Life


The Director of Operations works closely with the store management and senior leadership to implement strategies and processes to deliver first-class operations and culture, optimize store performance, same-store sales increases, and achieve brand targets. 

  • Plan and set priorities to achieve business goals and objectives 
  • Supports positive Guest Satisfaction through close interaction with restaurant leadership teams, ensuring that tools are used and action plans are followed to deliver a best-in-class experience in all areas of guest interactions, including order accuracy, food quality, and friendliness. 
  • Responsible for protecting brand standards in areas such as food safety, restaurant cleanliness, and repairs & maintenance by routinely advising leadership teams on areas of opportunity and strategies for maintaining excellence 
  • Responsible for monitoring usage of mandated equipment and adopting technology to ensure delivery of better, more consistent products to guests while improving store profitability. 
  • Works with the leadership team to diagnose performance barriers and assist with developing business plans to maximize improvement (operations, marketing, training, Commercial Manufacturing (Kitchen), etc.) 
  • Strong understanding of P & L statements, budgeting, controllable and cash flow
