Pizza Pilgrims Waiter

A plan was hatched, why don't we fly to the toe-end of Italy, pick up a three-wheel Piaggio Ape van (max speed 30mph) and drive the 4,500km back to London? Along the way we could stop off at all the top pizza destinations, learning from the masters. This is exactly what James & Thom (the PP founders) did. Once back, a market stall was set up and pizza was fed to the locals of Soho.
The first Pizzeria we opened was in 2012, we now have 9 pizzerias across London and 1 in Oxford. We have plans for growth, but it is a slow and steady approach.

In the heart of the city, at the base of Tower42, this pizzeria across two levels has a great bar, buzzy upstairs (watch out for Donkey Kong)!

As part of the Pizzeria team your role is to make sure that our customers have a great experience every time. Oozing with that natural hospitality charm you play a key role in ensuring that the Pilgrims vibe is alive during every shift, our Pizzas are always heading to the customers straight from the pass hot and looking good and it’s always a ‘one team one dream’ approach to every shift.

Ensuring the high standards we are all looking for requires every Waiter to to excel in three key areas;
Hospitality - Taking pride in what you do, always making sure our customers have an incredible experience, whilst being yourself naturally
Keeping your Pizzeria looking fresh - Be hands on and hard working, ensuring the pizzeria is always looking its best inside and out
Team Support - We work hard but always help each other out, having fun along the way

In return we will:
- Invest in your growth and development, so many of our managers started as team members and are now running pretty successful pizzerias
- Pay you a competitive hourly rate including an equal share of tronc for all BOH and FOH teams
- Hold two full staff parties for everyone throughout the year, we even close our pizzerias on these days so everyone can join in
- Ensure you always have lots of fun
- Feed you all the pizza you would like
