Exciting new Korean BBQ restaurant seeking passionate and motivated store managers who can help make a difference in a thriving company.
Team work isn't just practiced at PORKFOLIO Korean BBQ, it's the foundation. We create an exciting work environment with a culture focused on family, fun, and community. We cook simply delicious, fresh-high-quality food daily. We are currently seeking an Executive Chef to join our team. We bring together caring, warm, fun, and intelligent people who love to cook, and who represent our mission to pursue our purpose in hospitality. This is an excellent career growth opportunity for a food service professional with a desire to learn, grow, and lead others.
As a Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading and driving the daily kitchen operations. You will be responsible for leading our Team Members and championing our culture in your local community. To help you get there, our training programs provide the tools you need for success combined with hands on application of all manager functions.

What You'll Need:
- 5 to 7 years of culinary experience and 2 to 3 years of management experience in a high-volume and fast paced environment
- Ability to speak English (fluently)
- Warm, caring and positive leadership that drives hospitality and inspires others to do so
- A skill for learning, coaching and inspiring excellence at all levels
- A desire to learn and train others on all aspects of PORKFOLIO Korean BBQ operations
- Broad understanding of Korean cookery, hospitality, human resource, financial, and aspects of the business
- Must be able to work independently, under pressure and use sound business judgement
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivation, and organizational abilities
- Open, flexible availability

What You'll Do: - Manage all functions of our daily kitchen checklist and shift operations
- Cook simply delicious traditional Korean food, dishes, menu
- Drive excellence and standards with inventory, quality and safety
- Train, lead and develop our team to achieve excellence in guest experience and hospitality
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and labor management
- Food product procurement and management
- Facility and equipment support and supervision
- Fostering positive relationships between PORKFOLIO Korean BBQ and the community
