Recruitment Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our fantastic Recruitment Team at Prezzo Trading Limited.
Prezzo Trading Limited is an Italian causal dining hospitality company with 150+ sites based in the UK. The organisation was first established in 2000. Prezzo's core values are underpinned by 4 key values which includes Genuine Service, Be the Best you can Be, Community, One Team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting our restaurants with the sourcing of candidates
- Attend weekly meetings with the stake holders to provide updates
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Partner with the day to day duties
- Manage candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and pull ad-hoc reports
when necessary
- Looking for alternative sources of candidates (social media)
- Liaise with companies to organize open days
- Supporting with
recruitment activities as and when required by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Any other duties as
directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Experience
and Skills:
- Previous experience in a
recruitment role within hospitality
- Strong attention to
detail
- Experienced in using
Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise
and escalate where necessary.
- Excellent organisational
skills, with an ability to prioritise.
- Multitasking whilst
smiling.
- Thrive in a fast-paced
environment.
- Customer focused
approach.
- Effective time
management and organisational skills.
- Some working knowledge
of current employment law and best practices.
- Strong phone, email and
in-person communication skills.
