We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our fantastic Recruitment Team at Prezzo Trading Limited.

Prezzo Trading Limited is an Italian causal dining hospitality company with 150+ sites based in the UK. The organisation was first established in 2000. Prezzo's  core values are underpinned by 4 key values which includes Genuine Service, Be the Best you can Be, Community,  One Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our restaurants with the sourcing of candidates
  • Attend weekly meetings with the stake holders to provide updates
  •  Assisting the Talent Acquisition Partner with the day to day duties
  • Manage candidate records through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and pull ad-hoc reports when necessary
  • Looking for alternative sources of candidates (social media)
  • Liaise with companies to organize open days
  • Supporting with recruitment activities as and when required by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Any other duties as directed by the Talent Acquisition Manager.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role within hospitality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritise and escalate where necessary.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise.
  • Multitasking whilst smiling.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer focused approach.
  • Effective time management and organisational skills.
  • Some working knowledge of current employment law and best practices.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills.
