Senior Sales Executive


Description

Here at Puttshack we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for answering our inbound calls and picking up our enquiries from our booking system. You will convert enquiries through to bookings, maximising spend per head through up-selling and minimum spends, manage your enquiries through to completion including pre-orders and payments so a good attention to detail is essential.

 

The office hours are Monday – Friday 9am- 6pm, with the occasional additional hours for showcases, exhibitions, etc.

 

We are currently operating on a flexi work basis so it is a mandatory 2 days per week in the office and the rest can be worked from home or in the office.

 

Reports to: Sales Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·       Respond to a high volume of inbound calls and online enquiries.

·       Ensure guests receive the ultimate Puttshack experience by offering the most appropriate products and setup available based on their requirements

·       Achieve quarterly sales targets

·       Maximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognising business prospects and upselling

·       Ensure every detail of a customer’s reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures

 

 

Who you are:

 

·       An outgoing individual with a bubbly and positive personality

·       Must be computer literate and able to communicate effectively via phone and email

·       Exceptional customer service skills

·       Exceptional organisational and administration skills with a superior attention to detail

·       A self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills

·       Ability to build rapport quickly and create professional, sustainable relationships

·       A fast learner with a proactive approach

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Previous experience using a CRM system

·       Hospitality sales experience required
