The Role:
Here at Puttshack we are recruiting a General Manager for our venue in White City! The General Manager is accountable for the strategic and operational development of the venue. Under the guidance of the Operations Director, the General Manager will oversee the Revenue, Service, F&B and Games strategies to ensure the business is run in an efficient and profitable way delivering on all financial, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
The General Manager will be accountable to translate business strategy into operational plans and targets for departments, working closely with the Operations Director, Commercial Manager and Head of Events on strategies to increase events business and bookings.
You will also be responsible for the financial planning for the venue, accountable for all aspects of the financial control across the venue including cash, achieving gross food margin, stock control, waste, controllable costs and payroll targets, working to delivery budgeted EBITDA
Qualifications and Experience:
· Previous experience as General Manager in high volume F&B is essential
