Head Mixologist

Quaglino’s has been the star of St. James’s since it opened all the way back in 1929. With an impressive menu of European classics, as well as an extensive drinks list and famous cocktails, Quaglino’s also host live music and DJs on the grand stage until late. Synonymous with style and glamour, Quaglino’s boasts two ornate private dining rooms.

We are looking for a Head Mixologist to be the creative influence behind our bar team. The Head Mixologist will design seasonal cocktails that are in keeping with the style of the restaurant.

The successful candidate will prepare house-made syrups, tinctures, bitters, or other ingredients that the bartenders will need for service and select ingredients behind the bar that are high quality and aligned with the restaurant’s concept.
