Key Responsibilities of Assistant Front Office Manager:
• Supervises and coordinates Front Office shift activities to provide the highest standard of service.
• Achieves guest satisfaction and room revenue goals by leading Service Managers, OTS team and Guest relations.
• Is proficient in all Front Office procedures.
• Utilises leadership skills and motivation to maximise employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Supervises and participates in the prompt and courteous check-in, check-out and servicing of guests.
• Records in the log book any incidents occurred in the hotel and follows-up with the department concerned.
• Communicates open and closed dates, availability and condition of rooms to appropriate individuals.
Requirements of Assistant Front Office Manager:
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills, you will have a passion for delivering a great customer experience
• Previous experience of using Opera Property Management System is advantageous
