We are currently taking applications for our Graduate Management Program for 2024 starters!

What is the Graduate Management Programme?

The Graduate Management Programme is an 18–24-month programme open to ambitious graduates with at least 6 months of work experience in hospitality, looking to become our Junior Managers of the future. The “on the job” training is complemented with a series of training courses, which are tailored to you, to help you develop the managerial skills needed for a managerial position. 

1. Programme focus areas - 9-12 months Rooms Division Training:  Reception; Housekeeping; Guest Relations; Night Management; Concierge and Duty Management.

2. Programme focus areas - 9-12 months Food and Beverage training:  Fine Dining; Restaurant Service; Room Service; Bar and Lounge; Conference and Banqueting; Sommelier Training (if requested).

  • Direct access to CEO, Mr Jonathan Raggett.
  • Mentoring support with a senior member of the Management or Executive Team.
  • Experience London and one other destination  - Ireland, Guernsey, Switzerland, Scotland or Dorset.

  • Regular performance reviews to ensure you receive on-going feedback to help you grow and develop in your role.
