Description
The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our family and to be responsible for supporting the kitchen team during service and to deliver food of the highest quality in one of our luxury boutique hotels in the UK.

The Red Carnation Hotel Collection is a family-owned hotelier business with 20 stunning properties all over the world. Our founder and President Beatrice Tollman was the first female chef in South Africa and to this day, we celebrate her expertise in the kitchen by recreating her recipes all around the world in our hotels.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a chef
- Have experience in running a section of the kitchen
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Be organised and keep the section clean and tidy while working
- Have a good level of English and a friendly, flexible, and professional attitude
