INTERVIEWING NOW! The iconic Redeye Grill, across from Carnegie Hall at 56th and 7th Avenue is re-opening in April after a year-long extensive remodel. In addition to the famous Redeye Grill (home of the Dancing Shrimp), the restaurant feature a 50-seat prime Steakhouse and 888 Cafe & Bar, an all-day bistro. We look forward to welcoming back our veteran team members and to meeting new culinary professionals. The Redeye is a large, fast-paced restaurant serving Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Weekend Brunch, and Private Events with a 100 seat seasonal patio.

We are looking for culinary team members with outstanding skills and a genuine desire to make and present great food. Previous experience in upscale casual or fine dining is necessary.
