Description
Rosa Mexicano, an upscale Mexican restaurant group is looking to expand our Host Team. Responsible for a warm and hospitable welcoming of all guests while utilizing the reservation system to seat guests in the dining room in order to maximize capacity to ensure smooth service. Handles guest service situations as they arise. Utilizing reservation system to gain maximum guest capacity without creating chaos within the restaurant. Help solve guest related issues as they arise.
•Exhibits exceptional communication skills while promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their table based on availability or desired seating arrangements.
•Demonstrates a sense of flexibility and patience towards the guest.
•Educates guests on Rosa Mexicano specialty programs. i.e. Loyalty programming
•Demonstrates knowledge of emergency safety procedures and helps evacuate guests to safety in the event of a fire or other emergency.
•Partners with management to ensure proper reservations and dining times are occurring.
•Helps train new host team members. Works with staff of other departments to perform job duties during special events and functions.
•Clean guest restrooms
•Performs other duties as assigned and follows managers’ instructions.
