Description
Support the Server, Bartender, and Cocktail Server by providing a warm and hospitable environment to guests of Rosa Mexicano. Learn and maintain Rosa Mexicano knowledge i.e. food/beverage/service standards. Take orders and educate guest on food preparation of guacamole. Walk them through the dining experience in a friendly, courteous and timely manner. Help solve guest related issues as they arise. Assist food servers with table service.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist in serving guests food, beverages, chips and salsa, and replenishes as necessary. • Take guacamole orders and prepare food while educating guests of the process. • Clear table of used tableware and reset for guests during various dining courses
• Continuously communicate with Server, BOH team, management, etc. to ensure meals/service meets guest’s expectations.
• Promptly address Guest complaints or issues; relay relevant information or complaints directly to supervisor. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Prior Customer Service Experience
Problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task within a fast paced environment
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Proficient technical skills Ex: POS Systems
Bilingual, Spanish/English desired
Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and lift/push/pull 30-50 lbs.
Equipment Used:
Operates a variety of equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, ice tea/soda machines, soup wells and coffee machines.
